Take your chest measurements

Your chest is measured at the widest point of your chest and shoulder blades, with your arms hanging by your sides.

2

take your waist measurements

Your waist is measured at naval level, from the middle of the front to the middle of the back.

3

measure the sleeve length

The sleeve length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff.

4

take your leg measurement

The leg length is measured from the inside of the leg from the groin to the bottom of the leg near the ankle.

Delivery & Returns

We offer complimentary express shipping. In some regions we offer a variety of shipping options. These will be made available to you during checkout should they be available.

We ship to 54 locations including Duties & Taxes, however if you are situated outside of these 54 locations, you will be required to pay duties and taxes on your product. For further information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

If the product you are wishing to purchase is made using exotic materials, shipping can take between 2 and 8 weeks if outside of the EU as they require CITE export documentation.

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and should you be dissatisfied, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return for a full refund. We will collect from your home or an alternative address for free. You will not be charged the cost of delivery or return as we offer a complimentary returns service worldwide.

To arrange a return please email clientcare@ralphandrusso.com with your order confirmation and reason for returning. We shall endeavour to respond within one working day.

Please ensure that your items are returned unused with all Ralph & Russo packaging and labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note, at this time online purchases will not be accepted if returned to a Ralph & Russo boutique. All online returns must be processed via the method outlined above.
